If your address is in the above countries and you choose DHL express, Tax Free; exclude the above countries                                                our prices doesn't include TAX.

Exclude the above countries item will be shipped by DHL express.  We do not bear any customs-related costs.

If the buyer refuses to pay the tax, the buyer will have to cover the high return cost.  If your address belongs                                                to remote region, buyer is Responsible for paying DHL remote area fee about ($60).

2.  Must read before buying:  Each of our laptops will help customers to install the system and can be used normally.                                         Please do not replace other systems to our laptops without authorization. This may cause some drivers to be lost.                                           If this happens, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee yourself.  We can help you solve                                       the problem, but we do not assume the problem of system incompatibility caused by reinstalling the system.  If you                                       think what I said is unreasonable, please don't buy it,  Thank you for your cooperation!  Please confirm with us                                             before purchasing

3.  Precautions for purchase:

A.  Many customers reported that they are more accustomed to using windows 10 system, we will send windows 10                                             system by default.  If you need windows 11 system, please leave a message in the order, or note in the order.                                                   Thank you for your cooperation.

B.  If you forget to leave a message, please contact us after receiving the goods.  We will provide a file to update                                                   your laptop to the windows 11 Pro system.

We will send you the language of the corresponding country according to the country where you placed the order.  For example,                            if you are a Russian guest, I will send the Russian language by default and provide Russian keyboard stickers.  If you are in Spain, the Spanish language will be sent to you by default, and Spanish keyboardstickers will be provided.  By analogy, we are serious about serving attentively.

My product has multiple options,
The largest RAM supports 32GB and the smallest RAM is 4GB
The largest Rom is 2TB and the smallest Rom is 128GB
Please see clearly before buying
For example, if you buy the 4G RAM 128GB SSD option, and then you dispute that you bought the 32G 2TB option, this is not acceptable. 

4.  Customs declaration issues and customs duties:

A.  Buyers are responsible for the customs clearance.  Any special demands, please tell us, we'll try our best to help you.(If you do not leave a message, we will also communicate with you, your needs, if there is no reply, we will accept our plan by default)

B.  DHL shipping to many countries cause customs tax.  If you Choose DHL, the price does not include DHL remote cost, custom duty, You may need to arrange the custom clearance and pay for some tax.  Please kindly know it, many thanks.

C.  When you choose DHL, if your city is remote area, you must pay remote shipping cost.(If you have any requirements for the declared customs price, please communicate with me and we will help you)

Note:

1. The keyboard is English. we will send keyboard stickers.

2.  We offer free keyboard stickers and adapter, if made mistake for them, please feel free to contact us, we don't accept any dispute for the reason of them.

3.  About screen problems:  At the same lens angle, the TN screens are compared with IPS 

IPS screen:  different levels of viewing are very clean 
TN screen:  blurred from different angles, completely invisible

Many people describe this looking laptop as an IPS screen, but actually send a TN screen to the buyer.  Please review it carefully before buying it. I wish you good luck.  My shop will send an IPS screen.

About Shipping:  We suggest the buyer make unpacking video when you receive the parcel.  If the parcel damaged or empty, that's the important evidence.  If the parcel get strict inspected by customs, you still need to pay tax to clear custom.  We won't bear the customs taxes.  The cost of return or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance. 

Free Shipping Note: Free shipping means we pay the normal shipping fee.  Remote area will be charged remote area delivery fee additionally, and the tax is bared by buyer.
