LANGUAGE:

1.  The OS of our device supports 100+ languages.  We will send you the language of the corresponding country according to the country where you placed the order.  For example, if you are a Russian guest, I will send the Russian language by default and provide Russian keyboard stickers.

2.  The keyboard defaults to English.  We support printing a second language on the keyboard, but you will need to pay an additional $10.  If you would like, please contact us.

SYSTEM:

Each of our laptops will help customers to install the system and can be used normally.  Please do not replace other systems to our laptops without authorization.  This may cause some drivers to be lost.  If this happens, the customer is responsible for yourself, we can help you solve the problem, but we do not assume the problem of system incompatibility caused by reinstalling the system.  The original keyboards are English.  If you have stickers in other languages,  please leave a message in the order.  We are serious about serving attentively.

ABOUT TAXES

Our price doesn’t include any taxes.  The buyers are responsible for customs clearance.  Any special demands, please tell us, we’ll try our best to help you.  If the parcel gets strictly inspected by customs, you will need to pay tax to clear customs.  We won’t bear the customs taxes.  The cost of returning or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance.
