1.  The language for keyboard cover is only for Russian/Spanish/English/Italian/Arabic.  Please leave a note for which one you want.

2.  Price does not include any tax/duty.  Customers are liable to any customs duties, taxes or other costs related with customs clearance.

3.  If your city is in a remote area, customers are liable to possible additional charge by shipping company.

4.  We suggest our customers record a video when opening the parcel.  This is important evidence in case the parcel were to arrive damaged.

 

Warranty Service

Most problems can be solved through online technical support.  If your laptop has been purchased for more than 365 days and is malfunctioning, you can contact us and provide the model number of the product you purchased, we will provide the appropriate accessories according to the model number you purchased, but the accessories you need to pay for yourself.

LANGUAGE

1.  The OS of our device supports 100+ languages.  We will send you the language of the corresponding country according to the country where         you placed the order.  For example, if you are a Russian guest, I will send the Russian language by default and provide Russian keyboard               stickers.

2.  The keyboard defaults to English.  We support printing a second language on the keyboard, but you will need to pay an additional $10.  If you       would like, please contact us.

SYSTEM

Each of our laptops will help customers to install the system and can be used normally.  Please do not replace other systems to our laptops without authorization.  This may cause some drivers to be lost.  If this happens, the customer IS responsible for this, we can help you solve the problem, but we do not assume the problem of system incompatibility caused by reinstalling the system.  The original keyboards are English.  If you have stickers in other languages, please leave a message in the order.  We are serious about serving attentively.

ABOUT TAXES

Our price doesn’t include any taxes.  The buyers are responsible for customs clearance.  Any special demands, please tell us, we’ll try our best to help you.  If the parcel get strict inspected by customs, You still need to pay tax to clear custom.  We won’t bear the customs taxes.  The cost of return or lost parcel would be on customer due to reject customs clearance.
